from www.winpic800.com, effective and simple pic programmer.
Supported devices: 10F,12F,16C,16F,18F,24F,ds33,keeloq,
serial eeproms...
You'll need the PC Software "PicKit2 v2.40 Install"
from microchip.com (requires Microsoft .NET Framework)
